"The Lafuma Women's Mid Tech GTX Hiking Boot features dual lacing for a custom fit as well as a Gore-Tex lining. The lacing system allows you to adjust internal and external sets of laces separately for a precise fit, so these shoes remain comfortable for long hikes and peak bagging. Highly waterproof and breathable, these mid-hikers are great for damp mountain treks and hot desert trails with shallow stream crossings. The split leather and ripstop nylon uppers resist abrasion from sticks and rocks. A padded, gusseted tongue helps keep dirt and pebbles out of your boots, while a phylon midsole absorbs shock. Grip wet and dry rocks with your Vibram soles that feature reversed studs for control when you descend."
