Retailers' Descriptions

Here's what other sites are saying:

This small, lightweight and comfortable headlamp has a high-output, long-lasting LED bulb with three brightness settings, an emergency blinking mode and a boost mode. A simple open/close diffusion lens lets you choose between a long-distance spotlight beam and flood-beam proximity lighting. The powerful 1-watt LED shines over 200 ft. in spotlight mode. The ultraefficient LED consumes very little battery power for the light intensity it delivers and stays strong even after many hours of use. A separate, tiny battery-indicator light comes on when the headlamp illuminates less than five meters and there is only 50% burn time left in proximity lighting mode. Runs up to 180 hours in lowest setting. Housing pivots to direct light where you need it. Stretchy headband is adjustable and features a built-in emergency whistle. Runs on three AAA batteries, included. Use lithium batteries for longer life in cold weather. Compatible with Petzl's CORE rechargeable battery. Imported. Dimensions 11/2"H x 21/4"W x 13/4"L. Weight 3.4 oz. with batteries
