ZPacks Pillow Dry Bag

rated 4 of 5 stars Ordered a medium vs. medium plus, got something in between. Should still work well. I had already ordered a medium ZPacks Pillow Dry Bag for a new down quilt when Chris posted his review.  When mine arrived, my first impression was it seemed larger than I was expecting and at first I thought I might have been shipped a medium plus instead of a medium.  After measuring the bag, I found the answer is somewhere in between.   One side measures 20 1/2", the other side is 19 1/4".  The bottom is 11… Full review

Sea to Summit Aeros Premium Pillow

rated 5 of 5 stars Thick, light, non-slip, and the best I've found. I've had five or six backpacking pillows and have tried using rolled up clothing. Each of these had problems. Rolled up clothing unrolls or is lumpy. Some inflatables are too thin, or have slick surfaces that allow them to slip out from under the head, or are too heavy and bulky, or some combination of the three. The Sea to Summit Aeros (regular size) is immediately likable. It weighs 2.8 ounces and packs down into its tiny stuff sack to fit inside… Full review

ZPacks Pillow Dry Bag

rated 4.5 of 5 stars You can have a great night’s sleep with the ZPacks Pillow Dry Bag. Use it as a stuff sack and an added layer of protection for your sleeping bag during the day. Then at night, turn it inside out, stuff it full of clothes, and rest your head on the soft and smooth micro-fleece liner. I have been trying to lighten my pack weight, so I try and keep an eye out for gear that can serve multiple purposes. And, for 2 additional ounces I had to see if this was something that would work for me. My ZPacks… Full review

Sea to Summit Aeros Pillow Ultra Light

rated 4 of 5 stars I used to have a lot of problems with camping pillows: not anymore. I used to use clothes as a pillow. Problem: my head would always slide off to one side or the other and the "pillow" was inevitably lumpy. Result: bad sleep. Then I bought my first inflatable. This was a dramatic improvement but... the material was cold and hard to the skin. But still it was a big improvement. Then I bought this pillow! Wow! I've had it for a year now on ~6 trips. No complaints about comfort, feel, warmth, nothing… Full review

Kelty Camp Pillow

rated 4 of 5 stars Have two. Very comfortable. A very good low priced pillow. Takes up a bit of room even when in stuff sack. The less bulky option is an inflatable pillow. Like all of my Kelty products, well made at a great price. Full review

Sea to Summit Aeros Pillow Ultra Light

rated 5 of 5 stars Inflatable camping pillow. Small, light, compact. Didn't realize how much I needed this thing until after I'd bought it.  Full review

Sea to Summit Aeros Pillow Ultra Light

rated 0.5 of 5 stars Waste of money. This pillow is quite comfortable, too bad it doesn't last. I've gone through three of them in a couple of months. I've spoken with the company on several occasions and, like many gear companies, they feed me bull. That's OK though, I just won't do business with them. Don't get me wrong, they will "make it right," but when they tell me that they have less than 1% failure rate I call "bull." When I did finally do that, the PR guy finally shut up and let me talk. I explained to him… Full review

Klymit Cush

rated 4.5 of 5 stars It packs down super small and adds virtually no weight to your pack, but can be inflated in 2-3 breaths. Great for camping or taking naps on mountain tops! I have had it for 6 months now and have never had any issues. The material it is made from is very durable and has never punctured, even when I have used it on rocks and sticks.  Great for sleeping and sitting around on. Full review

Sea to Summit Aeros Premium Pillow

rated 4.5 of 5 stars A lot of backpackers look at pillows as luxury items and leave them behind because they are too heavy or bulky. The new Sea to Summit Aeros Premium Pillow is definitely a luxury item because it affords its users serious comfort and support, but it weighs less than four ounces and compresses to the size of a lemon. Even more surprising, is that it has five and a half inches of loft and almost covers the width of your sleeping pad. For side-sleepers who require extra loft and support, this pillow… Full review
