We had are Quest sun shelter for two months. Most of the seam ripped. We paid $179. Waste of money. Don't buy this product. This shelter is junk. Don't buy it. Full review
Miserable customer service. No parts, specially the plastic parts, are available. You have to contact CHINA to get the parts via Air Mail. We will not buy another NorthPole item again, and we know, they do all the other brands. Full review
We are on our 3rd 10'x10' Quest Gazebo from Dick's. They bend very easily. This last one we bought is useless because originally I purchased the screen house and tent that attaches to the Gazebo. I was told that the base that I have had in the past is no longer being made. I will try to contact the company and see what they suggest. Full review
after 2 summers of using our 10x10 quest sun shelter, one of the push pins on one leg broke--after contacting customer service we were told our only option would be to purchase an entire new frame for $65--we are very disappointed that they could not offer to sell us just a replacement leg for our shelter. we will not knowingly buy any more of their products if they will not back them better!! I have owned this tent for about 3 years now and I am very happy with it. In my opinion, the polyethylene tub style floor is the best for keeping water out. We have used this tent on several camping trips. On two of these, we had very heavy rain all night long. The amount of water that entered the tent was so little, I was literally able to wipe it up with 4 paper towels. I did seal the seams on the tent when I bought it which is something that should be done on all tents. You may still get a drip… Full review
Until fall 2004, Quest USA tents were manufactured exclusively by NorthPole and sold through a number of retailers. These original Quest tents are discontinued and no longer in production. No parts or customer service are available for Quest tents made prior to 2004.
In the fall of 2004, the Quest brand and logo were sold to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Quest tents produced since 2004 are made by several different tent manufacturers for Dick’s Sporting Goods.
