REI Boiled Wool Cap

Retailers' Descriptions

Here's what other sites are saying:

January Clearance On now! Our Boiled Wool Cap has natural stretch, a soft fleece lining, a wonderful hand feel and truly handsome styling. Who can wait for winter?! Boiling wool is the process of using heat and water to shrink the knitted fabric; in this "felting" process, small air chambers are trapped inside. The result is a rugged knit that repels moisture and insulates wonderfully; process also creates natural stretch and enhances next-to-skin comfort. Polyester fleece headband lining wicks moisture and continues to insulate even when wet. Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
