"Airvent foam pads on back panel protect back and allow airflow to help back stay cool and dry. Cord-lock system on front acts as a compression strap and can also be used to lash on a jacket or hat. Eyelet drain holes at the bottom of pack allow water to escape. Internal sleeve can hold a large hydration reservoir (sold separately); pack has hose exit ports above each shoulder strap. New Airwing waistbelt with plush padding features a stable, wraparound design, as well as zippered pockets to keep snacks and other essentials handy. Pack also features a tow loop, as well as two daisy chains and two carabiner loops to lash on extra rear. Padded, contoured shoulder straps and adjustable sternum strap provide a comfortable fit. Side compression straps let you cinch down loads for jostle-free carrying. Three large mesh outer pockets let you stash bulky gear; one is sized to carry a helmet. Top-loading main compartment has two zippered lid pockets, plus a cinchcord around the spindrift collar to keep out rain or snow.
