Here's what other sites are saying:

Scarpa gives NTN telemark skiers the freedom to choose the flavor of their ride with its Freeride Power Tubes. Power Tubes come in soft, medium, or rigid, depending on your style of skiing and how active you like your bindings to feel.

NTN Power tubes are the muscles behind the NTN Freeride binding, allowing the skier to choose how they like to drive. Depending on the skier's weight, boot size and ability, he or she can choose from three tension types: Green (soft), Blue (medium) and Red (rigid). Blue tubes are the consummate standard for all around performance and resistance for the widest variety of skiers, and offer a medium flex.
