Here's what other sites are saying:

Pack light and stay warm with this technical hybrid fleece from The North Face. Thermo3D design, exclusive Polartec Thermal Pro Grizzly high-loft fleece, and fleece stretch panels offer an incredible warmth-to-weight ratio, optimum temperature regulation, and ideal packability for backcountry exploration.

Inspired by bear fur, Polartec(R) Thermal Pro(R) Grizzly high-loft fleece gives The North Face Grizzly Jacket an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio and packability for backcountry adventures. Like animal fur, Grizzly polyester fleece uses a combination of textured and non-textured yarns, and long- and short-pile heights to trap warm air close to the body. Stretch panels at collar, back neck, gussets and cuffs let you move freely. Hem cinch cord with internal pocket adjustment. The North Face Grizzly Jacket for men has 2 zippered hand pockets and 1 chest pocket. Closeout.

The Grizzly is The North Face's answer to high-loft fleece, which is traditionally heavy and cumbersome. The Grizzly jacket is made, coincidentally, with Polartec Thermal Pro Grizzly fleece, which mimics natural animal fur to reduce weight and bulk while maintaining a high level of insulation. By utilizing a combination of long and short pile heights, Grizzly fleece acts like animal fur for low weight and low bulk with toasty insulation. Another major component of the Grizzly's construction is the use of strategically placed FlashDry fleece stretch panels to provide an unlimited range of motion. The North Face also designed the Grizzly with two hand pockets and a chest pocket for storage. Finally, a drawstring at the hem allows you to seal off the fleece from drafts.
