Take on the trail in Zamberlan Women's Tundra Gtx RR, a rough-'n'-tough pair of hiking boots designed to take on the mountain without flinching. Hand-crafted in Italy by expert shoemakers with mustaches the size of leaning towers, these boots feature a Zamberlan Flex-STM multidirectional joint that comforts while it supports your ankle. The Hydrobloc Nabuk leather upper, made of only premium and water-repellant leathers, flexes naturally with your foot to reduce chafing during long, steep treks. The ZLF Ladie's specific fit features a narrower heel pocket and higher arches to bolster the energy of each step forward. Additional waterproofing can be found in the Tundra's Gore-Tex Performance Comfort membrane, a structured layer that guarantees moisture-blocking and breathability. Because the upper is made from one continuous piece of leather, a special design method called FWS, your foot will feel completely wrapped in protection and durability. Zamberlan borrowed Vibram's skill in crafting top-line rubber soles that grip any terrain, even when wet. The Vibram Revolve are heavy duty enough to withstand sharp rocks and slick surfaces, yet flexible enough to allow your foot's natural movement without feeling like a block of rubber. A ZCS midsole stabilizes each step and reduces impact, dispersing shock into the ground rather than absorbing it. Using an exclusive ZAS construction method, Zamberlan has designed the Tundra with ventilation panels to reduce overall weight, making it a lightweight and breathable boot. - Backcountry.com
