Silipint Lidded Bowl Set

A set of three lidded bowls (10oz, 20oz, and 30oz) that function well and have nice secure lids and non-slip silicone surfaces. Smallest one is good for a cup or small container, biggest one makes for a great bowl. Easy to use and easy to clean. Just wish the sizes were a little different. Conditions:  I’ve used the Silipint Lidded Bowl Set for three months and have tested them in a variety of manners, including: Storing trail snacks Storing soup to be reheated later Making soup while hunting… Full review

Sea to Summit X-Seal & Go

I picked this up recently and thought it would be a great time to carry liquids while backpacking. I was not as impressed as I wished with the leak-proof seal in my initial test.   The bowl with lid attached I found that I instantly wanted this Sea to Summit bowl when I first saw it. I like the other collapsible plates and bowls I have from Sea to Summit and thought that having a lid would give me some options with liquid items while hiking. Like when I would like to rehydrate dried items on the… Full review

Sea to Summit X-Plate

Packs flat for easy carry while backpacking. Can be easy to place in luggage and use instead of less-environmentally-friendly throwaway options. Easy to clean. This is my second Sea to Summit purchase and it was worth every penny! I was able to pack this in my backpack and in my luggage for using on my last hiking trip to GA. Used this plate in the hotel room I stayed at as an alternative to throwaway plates, thus saving money and being a bit more environmentally-friendly.   Easy to clean and can… Full review

Sea to Summit Delta Bowl with Lid

Holds up well, easy to clean, and silverware kit fits inside. This is my fourth version of mess gear for Boy Scout camping, seems to do the trick. The bowl is deep enough to hold plenty of food, and thick enough to keep it reasonably warm during colder campouts. The diameter is big enough that I can store my utensils inside with the lid closed, and there is even enough room for my headlamp, or small flashlight. Easy to clean when out in the woods. The thumb grip on the side can accept a carabiner,… Full review

Silipint Silicone Squeeze-a-Bowl

The only cup you'll ever need! It does hot and cold and the dishwasher! As a member of another website, I get products to test from time to time in exchange for a review.  The Squeeze-a-Bowl was actually incredibly sturdy. I tried filling it up fairly full and could still easily pick it up with one hand without it flopping around and spilling the contents. It was sturdy enough that even my 4 year old could be trusted holding, carrying, and using it. We have used it for cold cereal, hot soups,… Full review

Sea to Summit X-Bowl

Perfect backpacking bowl. Purchased a few years ago—tired of eating directly from the packages. Liked the collapsible concept and lightweight.   Zero complaints—used enough to say it's a great product that I expect to have 20 years from now. Priced well also. Full review

Guyot Designs Original Squishy Bowl and Cup Set

For me, at least, the perfect bowl and cup set. They weigh very little, pack small, and hold hot coffee without burning me. Also, double as hotpads for handles on pots. So, what can be said, they hold liquid while insulating my hands from the heat of hot liquids. They double as hotpads and measuring cups. They don't weigh much and take up very little space because they're squishy. They also clean up easily as they can be turned inside out.  The bad part? Ya, they're squishy, so you have to be careful… Full review

Fozzils Bowlz Set

A nice, light way to pack flat in your pack and to have something nicer than a rock to eat off of. Relative to its price, it's a decent piece of gear. In use with a great meal of African cassava leaves and dried smoked minnows! Ease of Use: The Fozzils bowl/plate is easy to use. It has four snaps that lock folds into place to create a bowl that is sturdy enough to hold a full meal. It is also able to hold liquids and soups successfully with its design. When you're finished eating, it wipes down… Full review
