Retailers' Descriptions

Here's what other sites are saying:

The Pro climbing shoe from Mammut is a very precise and comfortable lace-up shoe. A good compromise between performance and comfort for longer routes! IMPORTANT NOTE: Mammut uses a UK sizing system. The shoe box will display the UK size, as will the sales tag, however; on the inside of the shoe there will be a tag or a sticker indicating the US size, which is always one size larger than the UK size. For example: The shoe box and sales tag will say 8 (this is the UK size) while the sticker on the inside will indicate that the US size is 9. Shoes are listed based on US sizing.

- US Outdoor Store

The Pro from Mammut is the perfect all-rounder climbing shoe; use for pockets, edging, cracks or slabs. Synthetic leather fabric minimizes stretch; cotton liner. Soft midsole delivers edging power, while still helping you grab holds with your toes on steep ground. Vibram rubber sole is super-grippy for maximum friction. Exclusive molded sole provides extra bite on heel hooks. On sizing, please note climbing shoe sizes are only a suggestion as fit is highly personal. Foot shape, use, and style all play into size selection.
