Does a surprisingly good job at lessening leg cramps.

  • Does as advertised

As I have been pushing the mileage on the trail recently, one of the side effects has been my legs starting to cramp up, despite drinking lots of water. One of my fellow hikers recommended Vitalyte so I gave it a try and so far, no more leg cramps since it helps replenish your electrolytes.

I like the grape taste myself and am not a fan of orange although orange is popular. Overall, it is definitely a help out there.
