Here's what other sites are saying:

With 2 jackets and 3 ways to wear them, the Columbia Glacier to Glade Interchange 3-in-1 insulated jacket features waterproof protection and synthetic warmth for excellent winter versatility. Fully seam-sealed Omni-Tech(R) outer shell jacket provides waterproof, breathable performance and high abrasion resistance to withstand demanding conditions. Adjustable storm hood keeps your head dry in a snowstorm; remove the hood when you don't need it. Powder skirt seals out cold air and snow and retains valuable heat; powder skirt snaps out of your way when not in use or you can remove it altogether. Drawcord hem and adjustable rip-and-stick cuffs seal out the elements and help retain warmth. Articulated elbows provide a natural fit and excellent range of motion. Pit zippers allow cooling airflow as you become more active. Outer shell jacket has 2 handwarmer pockets to secure small essentials; internal security and mesh goggle pockets keep additional essentials protected. Included liner jacket can be zipped in for added warmth or detached from the shell jacket and worn on its own. Quilted nylon liner jacket uses polyester fiber insulation for insulating performance in all conditions; synthetic insulation keeps you warm even when wet. The insulated liner jacket has handwarmer pockets to increase its stand-alone convenience and utility.

The versatility of an Omni-Heat lined softshell inner jacket joins forces with the weather-rejecting superpowers of a waterproof-breathable fully seam sealed shell to deliver warmth and protection when you’re working hard in cold, wet and snowy conditions; wear separately or pair the two pieces together depending on how extreme the weather gets.
