Retailers' Descriptions

Here's what other sites are saying:

The Norrona Men's Falketind Flex 1 Softshell Pants are a burly pair that let you move on the mountain. The Flex 1 fabric stretches for your cross country skiing or ice climbing in the winter and your backpacking in the fall, and the fabric handles wear and tear. The pants are also very breathable so you don't feel like stripping down to your knickers halfway through a multipitch on big walls. Norrona added a DWR coating for water and wind resistance. The Falketind has a tighter fit to reduce bulk for mountaineering excursions, but its fit doesn't restrict your mobility. Inner gaiters hook to your boot laces so they don't flap around while you ski or climb, and the Custom-fit waist system ensures an ideal fit regardless of how many layers you have on. Snaps at the ankles to seal out any cold elements you're facing on the mountain.
