Makalu Ultralite

rated 4 of 5 stars Superbly built poles allow confident use in a variety of conditions--creek crossings, uphills, downhills, as shelter supports, etc. Leki Speedlocks work great, allowing for swift adjustment with no worries about the locks giving way. There are lighter poles out there, but these are solid, reliable, and a pleasure to use. This may be an old school review. You see, years ago Leki made the Makalu. I've had these poles for quite some time. A lot of miles in sun and rain and snow. My Leki Makalu Ultralite… Full review

Trail Antishock

rated 5 of 5 stars Excellent product, light and strong. In my research I ran across the other review on this page. Read what he wrote and take it to heart. These are great poles at a great price. While I've only had them for a month they've seen rock, dirt, rain and snow and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. While the grips are composite the feel very comfortable in my hands although I wish they had a touch more thickness. But I also have larger hands so this probably won't be an issue for most. The straps,… Full review

Traveller Carbon

rated 4.5 of 5 stars Great poles! Very well made. Unlike many products, this CAN be easily adjusted for a small/ short woman. Usually I have to make do with many items, not these poles. Hand straps are comfortable. Leki is always top quality! Full review

Micro Vario Carbon

rated 5 of 5 stars The Leki Micro Vario Carbon trekking poles are compact when folded, lightweight and have excellent grips/straps. They are great for traveling when you need to pack them in luggage. I have owned a pair of Black Diamond Distance FL trekking poles for more than two years and also have a pair of Leki Carbonlite AS XL trekking poles. What I like about the Distance FL poles is their compact size when folded which makes them easy to pack and transport in luggage when flying.  What I like about the Carbonlite… Full review

Super Makalu COR-TEC PA AS

rated 3.5 of 5 stars I've been using Leki Super Makalu COR-TEC PA AS trekking poles for about 5 years now and I haven't had any issues with them breaking or coming apart at the worse possible time. I like the 15 degree angled handles, the feel of the cork and the ability to adjust the wrist straps with the dial adjuster that sits on top of each handle. The anti-shock system works great too and can be set to non-anti-shock as well. Very nice. We use them primarily for approach hikes to 14'ers and smaller peaks. Very… Full review
