rated 4.5 of 5 stars Great poles backed by awesome customer service. This is as much a review about the awesome customer service I received from Leki as it is the poles themselves. I picked up the telescoping version of the Cristallos (Ultralight SpeedLock) with a killer discount and they're the best sticks I've owned to date. They're aluminum, right around 18 oz. and have the most comfortable rubber grips I've used. When I first got them I was sort of surprised that the strap was almost like the kind of ribbon you'd… Full review

rated 5 of 5 stars Great handle design and straps — makes all the difference in how poles help hikers. Just add rubber tips and you are ready for any mountain and desert terrain. Summary The best handles I have used, great for uphill, downhill and ease of use on any other terrain. Adjustability for handle straps and pole length is easy and quick. No slippage on locking mechanism. I suggest getting the rubber tips to cover the carbide, makes for improved grip on rock. My Experience with Poles I have used a few… Full review

Micro Vario Carbon Max

rated 4.5 of 5 stars The Micro Vario Carbon Max is a trekking and backcountry ski pole made for vertically advantaged (over 6' or 180 cm) people. Light (but not ultralight), stiff, and strong. Great for hiking and backpacking and a good choice for ski mountaineering, with a good length range and versatile grip options for movement on easy ground and up, down, and across steeper and rougher slopes. Trailspace sent these poles to me because they are specifically made for vertically advantaged (tall) people; at over 190… Full review

rated 4 of 5 stars The Leki Corklite trekking poles are light, strong, and especially well suited for wet weather trekking as the grips don't absorb water and the wrist straps dry quickly. The cork grips are actually a composite (80% ground cork) so don't expect a traditional cork feel. I have medium sized hands and thought these grips were a bit on the small side so be sure to put your hands on these before you buy them. Micro Tour Stick Vario

rated 4 of 5 stars The Leki Micro Tour Stick is a very light and durable collapsible trekking pole, equipped with well padded wrist straps, simple extension, and very secure lever-lock adjustment. These trekking poles are ideal for hikers and backpackers who value a small packed size and low weight in a convenient and reliable product. While lighter poles are available, they lack many of the comfort, strength, and convenience features of the Leki Micro Tour Stick Vario. Included items: poles, pole baskets, pamphlet,… Full review
