Here's what other sites are saying:

Built specifically for women, The North Face Women's Mcmurdo II Boots are a classic harsh-weather boot inspired by Antarctic exploration, featuring PrimaLoft Eco insulation, waterproof construction and rugged TNF Winter Grip.

- Altrec Outdoors

Will it ever stop snowing' For the umpteenth time this season you drag yourself out of bed, grab the snow shovel, and head outdoors to clear the driveway. At least you invested in The North Face Women's McMurdo II Boot, so while your back and fingers may be complaining, your feet are toasty and warm. The McMurdo's impregnable TPR is shell topped with waterproof nubuck leather to create a barrier against snow, slush, and water, while 400g Heatseeker Eco insulation keeps your feet warm in temperatures down to -40 degrees. Although frankly, if it's that cold we think you should just head back inside, call your boss to declare a snow day, and settle down with a cup of coffee and a magazine.

Who says boys get all the fun of shoveling the drive, or chopping wood to keep the fire burning? Get work done this winter with this new harsh-weather insulated boot. Designed with waterproof nubuck leather upper and a shell forefoot for added weather-resistance in high-impact zones, durable construction is paired with ample PrimaLoft Eco insulation throughout to keep feet warm in temps reaching -40 F degrees. Temperature sensitive lugs on outsole bite into slick, icy terrain.

- The North Face

The warm McMurdo II boots from The North Face don't let the threat of cold feet put a damper on winter fun. Toasty PrimaLoft(R) Eco insulation keeps your toes warm for all-day play in the snow. Durable nubuck leather uppers are waterproofed to keep feet dry and warm in snowy conditions. Faux fur collars fend off snow entry at cuffs-adhesive, double-latex sealed construction prevents seepage of water through seams. 400g PrimaLoft Eco fibers, a downlike insulation made from recycled synthetic fibers, provides incredible warmth with minimal weight. Fully lined with fleece to manage moisture and keep temperature regulated inside boots. Lace-up design features rustproof metal hardware; heel loops offer easy on and off. Thermal polyurethane outer shells offer durability, forefoot flexibility and complete water protection; heel welt keeps snowshoe straps in place. Compression-molded EVA midsoles cushion feet for all-day wear, while embedded nylon shanks create torsional rigidity and help support feet. Northotic(TM)+ dual-density footbeds feature soft heels and forefoot cushioning pads for maximum shock absorption. The North Face McMurdo II boots feature durable rubber outsoles with IcePick(R) temperature-sensitive lugs for increased traction on cold, icy surfaces.
