I thought that was really cool how the Netherlands building was tilted then I saw the buildings in the background and came to the conclusion that the tilt may have not been intentional.

OMG!  That is one crazy wall!  Just think of the size of the counter weight under the ground holding the whole thing up!  I bet it's huge.  I think this is what happens when you have a bunch of guys drinking beer at lunch and then going back to continue building stuff in the afternoon!  Christ, they could not even get the square building in the background straight!  What are those Dutch doing!
