Park offers Grand virtual tour

POSTED: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 4:30 AM

Staff report Jackson Hole Daily

Grand Teton National Park is offering a Web-based interactive program that shows people what it’s like to climb the Grand Teton — virtually.

The park’s “eClimb” feature — available online at NPS.gov/features/grte/grandteton/eClimb.html — allows anybody with a computer and an Internet connection to summit the 13,775-foot peak without the usual physical effort and “possible anxieties,” a statement said.
