my favorite socks, ordered direct from the company (couldn't find them discounted anywhere).

the order got complicated due to the US Postal Service, who had some kind of screw-up and mis-laid a package. emails with the company were helpful, a call was excellent, and things got straightened out. They even sent out a second mailing, and if the lost package showed, to take the return.

I was so pleased with the service that I decided to pay for the extra two pair of socks they sent out.  (the mis-delivered package did eventually show up).

outstanding socks, outstanding company too.
