I see that the recipe thread has kind of died off so I hope it'll be okay if I can add this breakfast I created for the trail at the end I'd also like to post a video of my wife actually making it.
so the basics is you by whatever muffins you want we get them from the clearance rack you break them up on top of parchment paper that are cut out for your dehydrator. Dehydrate until they are hard like croutons.
One hand full dehydrated muffins
2 packs instant oatmeal
Add dehydrated fruit if u like
And u have muffin bomb a quick treat with long lasting energy
