Donaldson Cave is a picturesque entrance that attracts many people for the photo op. But most stop there. 30' back in, a caver plunges into a 5' stream that only gets deeper as you push upstream. (Trip report coming as soon as I can put together the video!)

Looking forward to the trip report, but in the meantime, where is Donaldson Cave?

It's part of a larger cave system, consisting of Donaldson Cave, Bronson Cave, Upper Twin Cave, and Lower Twin Cave. You could actually travel the entire system, except the portions of Upper Twin in Spring Mill State Park are a tour boat ride. I've done all the system, except the tour boat (mmmm.....maybe I should buy a ticket).

Anyway, to answer your question, Donaldson & Bronson are both within the boundaries of Spring Mill State Park, Indiana.
