Rocky Fork is Tennessee's newest state park. Currently there are no facilities other than a parking lot and trail signs so it is a hikers paradise. It is located near Erwin TN about 10 minutes from interstate 26 near the TN/NC state line. You can access the AT using park trails and trails in the Cherokee National Forest. Most of the trails are old logging roads and there are still several unbridged creek crossings but I haven't ran into anything that couldn't be rock hopped across. The pictures are from last weekend's trip to buzzard rock. There are more pics from this trip on th Warriors Path State Park Facebook page if you are interested. If you have any questions just post and I will try to answer them.
