Cable Mountain, back in the 1800's the pioneers had a lumber millĀ  back up behind this point and after the trees were cut and lumbered, a cable attached to a wooden pulley at the top brought the lumber down to the valley floor. Men, Women and mules rode a cable car up and down as well. A elevation drop/gain of 2500+ feet!

Angels Landing 5790' feet above sea level and nearly 1400 feet above the valley floor of Zion Canyon and the Virgin River.

Angels Landing on the left and Observation Point on the right, the lower bluish/white peak. Believe it or not Observation Point is 1300' higher. OP is 6507' and AL is 5790'
