Absolutely useless backpack. Was sold this by the salesguy at Europe Bound, Toronto, who knew what I was using it for.

The backpack is inferior quality. The netting ripped albeit small - manufacturing defect. The pockets are so small - everything falls out of it but MOST IMPORTANTLY, the backpack is supposed to carry a hydration pack and yet, with its insulation tube, I could not fit my Platypus through the opening for the slot which means I had to have it out of the main opening and so my water froze faster and when it rained, the contents of my backpack were completely wet.

A totally USELESS backpack. Asolo's distributors in Canada, the Infinity Group are totally unresponsive, Europe Bound even worse. Do not buy these products.

Additionally, DON'T buy anything from Europe Bound. The shop is a mess. I bought a backpack there that they overcharged me for. I found the actual price in the backpack a week later and had to ring them and let them know this. They then offered the difference. What a crock though. I had to make a return trip to get my money back.

The sales guy knew the kind of trip I was going on and sold me the wrong product. The product turned out to be defective but the guy at the cash, without even seeing the product, insisted that I had ripped it and even told the distributor the same. The distributor was prepared to give me a replacement sight unseen.

The shop is a mess and these guys are a load of shite. Don't shop there. Shop across the street at MEC which is organised and which has much better service and a return policy.

Finally, they weren't even apologetic about the mistake in overcharging me.
