I bought this pack about four years ago and have had no complaints yet. This thing is cavernous and can hnadle more weight than could ever be expected from a pack this size. It has been to three of the four corners of the continent and has been on more outings than i have. I am also very impressed with camp trails themselves. They have honoured the lifetime warranty on the pack, no questions asked everytime minor repairs were needed. they even pay the shipping charges. i may never buy another large hauler.
