CampFare's Chicken Tikka Masala is Indian Restaurant good. No joke, it was delicious. It was a chilli like consistency and would be best to eat out of the pouch or in a bowl with a spoon, not spread out across a plate.
I was camping with a camp stove and a smaller sauce pan to heat water, not backpacking with my JetBoil. The package is on the larger size so you will need a JetBoil pot large enough to submerge most of the pouch.
Super easy to prepare. Heat your water up and dunk the pouch for 2-3 minutes. The food heated quickly and evenly. It disappeared quickly, as it was SO good. Filled me up for the rest of the evening.
I would take it again camping or maybe a short backpacking trip. Probably a bit too heavy to take several of these long distance.

Background
I have been camping and backpacking for many years. We have tried meals from Wild Zora, Backpackers Pantry, and Mountain House. Many bars, meal replacement drinks, other backpacking standbys. This is the first and best real, not dehydrated, portable food I have ever had.
