I used this bag for a 7-day trek in the southern Rockies (New Mexico) in the middle of dead winter. Coming from Florida, that was a huge change in weather for me. However I stayed warm all night long in this bag. I recommend this bag to who ever is interested in overnights in the mountains in the middle of winter.

It is a very good, warm bag. I did Slide Mountain in the Catskills with it and it was -5 degrees and I was very warm.
