I used this bag for a 7-day trek in the southern Rockies (New Mexico) in the middle of dead winter. Coming from Florida, that was a huge change in weather for me. However I stayed warm all night long in this bag. I recommend this bag to who ever is interested in overnights in the mountains in the middle of winter.

As said before this bag keeps you at 98 degrees even in sub temperatures. This bag is very cozy in cold gusty weather.

It is a very good, warm bag. I did Slide Mountain in the Catskills with it and it was -5 degrees and I was very warm.
