Columbia Utilizer II Short Sleeve Shirt

rated 5.0 of 5 stars
photo: Columbia Utilizer II Short Sleeve Shirt hiking shirt

Nice looking shirt that's more tailored looking than most Columbia shirts. Very light, very comfortable, breathes well, quick drying.

Pros

  • Attractive
  • Light
  • Breathes well
  • Dries quickly

Cons

  • Light weight may not survive demanding conditions

This is a great shirt. The polyester material is thin and very lightweight with a subtle textured weave that adds an air of sophistication. This is definitely on the dressier end of the spectrum for Columbia's shirts.

Due to the light weight of the material and the nicely tailored look, I'd recommend this one more for office or casual wear but not demanding sporting pursuits - I'd personally want something sturdier for hiking and such and this just looks too nice for fishing attire.

This one scores big as a handsome, masculine casual wear shirt that's really comfortable and keeps its cool.
