Columbia Windward II Overshirt

rated 5.0 of 5 stars
photo: Columbia Windward II Overshirt hiking shirt

My favorite shirt I own. Very warm and insulated. Gets me through many Wisconsin blustery weather days and nights. Very well put together, also.

Pros

  • Warmth
  • Durability
  • Color fastness in wash

Cons

  • Limited color options
  • Expensive at $80

Very warm and form fitting shirt. Wears well through multiple washes.

My favorite shirt in my closet in the colder months in Milwaukee.

Great to wear alone while working outside.

Inner layering is insulating but allows breathing so I do not get over hot while working.

Just bought my second shirt at a discount.

I bought this shirt two years ago and I wear it constantly in the fall and winter. It can be a mid-layer or work as a jacket. It has a fleece(like) lining which is extremely comfortable. Plus you can't beat flannel.

Pros

  • Warm
  • Comfortable

See the summary above. I just think it's really comfortable and it gets the job done (keeping me warm).
