Bought to replace Danner boots that had served me well for 15+ years. Very comfortable with the orthotic insert (comes with the boots) and good ankle support. Perhaps too warm if the weather is very hot, but it's worth it for me to have dry feet.
Pros
- Comfort
- Expected durability
Cons
- Relatively expensive
- Warm in hot weather
Boots are very comfortable for my feet (for context, I use "support" shoes for pronation when running). To fit my ankle, I did have to lace tightly but felt fine.
Excellent waterproofing—walk right through deep puddles/ streams and my feet are totally dry.
Experience
I've used this product for about on regular walks through the woods and a couple longer hikes. I trust this brand from my previous experience.
