Oddly enough, it works... Yeah, I was shocked that it worked for me...
6' 200 lbs +... once I ditched the frame insert it made a great daypack.

Pros

  • excellent construction overall

Cons

  • large framesheet not available anywhere

Another yard-sale find with the tags still on it, for $10 i was sorta kinda happy about this.

i removed the frame insert and it works great as a daypack (could not find large frame insert anywhere).

the colors are disturbing, orange and some not found in nature 'squash'...

it carries most everything i would need for a dayhike but doesn't encourage overloading...

probably the best small daypack I've ever had...

if you can find one somewhere that's remaindered or used snatch it up...

being cheap, i would never have paid retail for it ($70), but for what i paid it's excellent.

Source: bought it 'as new' at a yardsale with hang tags still on it...

This is my second AC Lite 15. It is the greatest daypack I have ever owned. I am under 5 ft tall and it works perfectly. The best part about it, is it keeps you cool and it is the perfect size for an all-day hike. I can carry two medium water bottles and a hydration bladder. Keep up the good work.
