Great, Great, Great Value!
I bought these when one of the recommended retailers was having a free shipping weekend during Labor Day weekend. I added these on the sides to my son's youth ALPS Mountaineering Internal frame and my older (but goody) Gregory Cassin Expedition pack.
In one pocket alone I was able to stuff an adult XL raingear suit and my XL Gregory pack raincover. These also will enhance the look of any internal frame pack.
The only two things to keep in mind is not to overload and keep the weight in each pocket close to equal.
These pockets can also go on the back or top of any pack, internal or external frame, given the fact that you have 1" lashing straps. The sky is the limit! ENJOY!
These have turned our good packs into great packs.
