Historic Range: $149.00
Purchased this tent for solo backpacking on the AT. At around 4 pounds it's good for backpacking.
Being over 6 foot tall, this tent is a perfect fit. Plenty of room for the sleeping pad, sleeping bag and other stuff. And yes you can sleep two in this tent, but it will be tight.
This tent is well constructed with plenty of mesh for great air flow. The double door/ double vestibule is a bonus. Zippers are quality as are all the stitching and seams.
Set up is easy. Since the tent is not freestanding, start by staking out the four corners. Insert the poles and your up and ready to go. The fly had velcro straps that go on the poles for more rigidity in windy conditions.
If you can find one of these, it's worth the money.
Design: 3 season non-freestanding hoop tent
Ease of Setup: Very easy
Weight: about 4 pounds
