photo: evolv Talon G2 climbing shoe

I have had this shoe a short time and have absolutely loved it so far, baring some only minor setbacks. The rand is great for toe hooks and the treaded heel has made for some wonderful heel hooks. The fairly stiff midsole is great for control of the feet and so far the rubber has been extra sticky.

The only downside is that my wide feet sometimes make them a tad tighter than should be. After about 30 minutes I need to take them off for a few minutes since they make my pinky toe a little numb, and the tightness prevented me from going down enough sizes to make them short enough, so I've got about an eighth of an inch of room in the heel which has sometimes made heel hooks a bit tricky but not impossible.
