Took a couple of days to break in, have been my daily drivers for a little over a month now and are extremely comfortable. Lovin them and the price I paid. Don't have a clue what a new pair cost. rated 5 of 5 stars Rock solid boot! I have only put about 100 miles on these boots and I might be writing this review a little premature but I totally believe in these boots. If you ever get the chance to buy a pair of these Italian made beauties take it because these boots are awesome. Very tough sole and virtually impossible to role your ankle in these boots. You will have a knee injury before your ankle folds over. These boots are very comfortable after trekking all day. I am looking forward to way more years in… Full review


rated 5 of 5 stars I have worn these boots for four days every other week for a semester over glaciers and mountains. I then walked across most major cities in Europe for a month. Then I climbed for two years in Ecuador; again both on rock and glacier. The soles are stiff enough for strap-on crampons and rock scrambles. My boots are still like new. Full review

rated 5 of 5 stars I tortured this boot. I wore it for two seasons of Canadian treeplanting. Most leather boots don't even make it through a full planting season. Its design was simple, and it stayed together. This boot is light and also very inexpensive. Looking to replace it, I can't find anything in Canada that seems the equivelant for under $270. I think the Elaho is discontinued. The Burma model looks identical, but finding dealers is difficult. I would recommend this boot to anyone who wants something simple,… Full review
