rated 3.5 of 5 stars Really supports the arch well. Works well with large volume footwear. An effective replacement for inadequate footbeds. The Swedish company Icebug not only makes a wide range of outdoor footwear but they also make some really good insoles. The heart of the Icebug insole is their Arch Flex System which provides dynamic support for the metatarsal area of the forefoot, the midfoot arch, and the heel cup. Zeal RB9X

rated 4 of 5 stars Lightweight trail running shoe that also works well as a hiking shoe. Excellent traction, especially in wet conditions. The Zeal RB9X trail running shoe by Swedish company Icebug continues their tradition of offering shoes with some of the best traction around. While I am not a trail runner I do prefer that style of shoe for both my hiking and backpacking footwear. I was lucky enough to be offered a pair of the Zeal runners in May for extensive testing. rated 5 of 5 stars When the cold winds come and the ice and snow fall. this is what you want, or for the wet trail, all the grip you could want. Good footbed and support, not to heavy, a solid trail shoe and great in the ice and snow. Full review
