Lowa Zephyr GTX Lo

rated 4 of 5 stars
photo: Lowa Zephyr GTX Lo trail shoe

Comfortable, but the soles not sturdy enough.

Pros

  • Comfort especially for wide feet
  • Support and stabilization

Cons

  • Weak soles

Very comfortable shoes. Although on heavy side you will not feel this while using them. Well built upper part with natural materials, relatively breathable.

The worst thing as many Lowa shoes are the sole durability, which get easily broken, while the upper part is still intact. Actually these last longer than other Zephyrs and my first Lowa shoes. I was lucky to use them three years, mostly at town, which is a shame for such expensive shoes.

Size goes smaller than standard, so order a full size up.

Upon first putting the shoes on, they were very soft and comfortable, a little bit tight, but they soon stretched to the form of my foot.

The soles are so soft and traction is great. They feel like bedroom slippers, but they are tough and will take a a lot of abuse.

This is a great shoe. The word is SOFT AND COMFORTABLE!
