Could I love this pack more? Very comfortable, easy to carry and huge! Fully extended is 5100 ci. Straps compress everything well. Big sleeping bag/lower pocket and generous top/hood pocket. Awesome adjustability with ladder and load bearing straps. Comfy lumbar pad with good venting. I've carried this pack for four years and the lumbar pad is still in great shape. It's been dragged, rained on, put on an airplane (and we all know how they treat baggage), passed, thrown, you name it and it looks like new. Though I am not surprised, every product I've bought from Lowe Alpine has been bombproof.

Great pack for light to medium loads but it could use a stiffer hipbelt to carry heavy loads better. It's great for weeklong summer trips if you don't mind packing light and strapping stuff eveywhere. I've had it for three years and the only thing that has gone wrong is a blown buckle.I would sugest getting side pouches and webbing with buckles since it can be a pain to pull stuff out once it is in there. A great pack for weekend trips.
