Awesome pack. Although listed as a daypack this pack sports almost 2200 cu inches of space and has all the extras you could want in a 4 season pack. This pack is definitely an alpine product by design but I found It very useful in the summer and fall as a great weekend pack.

I usually travel as light as possible and really had a hard time being able to fill my 45L old pack justifying buying a smaller pack that would also be great for backcountry weekend ski getaways. I packed this pack with a 4lb sleeping bag, stove, gas, 7lb tent, 3 days worth of food and clothes and still came in under 25lbs overall. Add 8lbs for my skis and helmet and i'm still under 35lbs. great attachments for alpine gear the ice axe loops are awesome and make easy access to tools. The rope loop and removable bivy mat have proved priceless in the field. The titanium buckles and closures are a nice addition and the design of their webbing clasp is first class.

This pack has proven to be a don't-leave-home-without-it piece of gear for me. I live in southcentral Alaska and have taken this pack with me spring, summer, fall, and winter without any disappointments.

The pack has held up awesome, even after one afternoon the pack slid down the mountain fully loaded about 800 vertical feet before coming to a stop. Everything stayed in and the pack had no tears or defects in zippers or webbing. I have slid it across rocks, used it as a camo seat, and pretty much beat the hell out of it in the last year. It's definitely become my one and only pack for 2-3 day excursions anywhere and at anytime of the year.
