I purchased the shoes in September of 2008. I wore them mostly for road walking until Spring of 2009, when I went off road. The shoe itself is very stiff. Within 1 month of regular wear, the reflective decals and plastic decals on the outside started pealing away. While they do give good support, my feet do cramp-up in them. This is why I give just an average rating. They are nothing to write home about.
