Live Hard Waterproof Hat

Live hard rain hat. Oh yeah I was living hard with a freaking wet head. Thank Jesus I didn’t wear it in freezing rain! In light rain 1 hour or less it may help but for the most part this hat is not waterproof.

I am sending it back to get my money back. I work outdoors in heat, cold and rain for 4 to 8 hours. This hat did help keep a good field of vision with my Parka or PVC hood up, but it would eventually saturate and let the water in.

Unfortunately I work in freezing rain and getting wet is not good. I had to go buy an Outdoor Research hat which has worked well for me so far to keep my head Outdoor Research dry and not Live Hard wet. 

My suggestions after a little research and reading of online reviews were L.L.Bean Waterproof Baseball Cap, Outdoor Research Revel Baseball, Oil cloth hats, and Men's Downpour Baseball Cap had the best review.

I have recently found out that the Livehard.com website is no longer up. They must of went out of business because of selling garbage products.
