I used this tent 4 times and the poles snapped as well for me...one pole split all the way through and the other one snapped in a couple of places.
Either this company needs to send poles to people who are having this problem or they are going to loose a lot of business...and they should send poles and make poles that can withstand the pressure of the tent.

After using this tent 3 times, I had one of the poles break and can not find a listing for replacement parts.
