Read the reviews—shoddy product and poor customer service!

Pros

  • Unfortunately, PahaQue makes some niche products no one else makes.

Cons

  • Everyone agrees their customer service is the worse they have experienced. I concur. And they do not stand behind their product—no real warranty.

Read all PahaQue product reviews—they all have a common theme. Terrible product (usually poles) and very poor customer service. That is exactly what I experienced.

The pole fell apart right out of the box. The vendor I purchased through was great and apologetic but the PahaQue rep I eventually spoke with never apologized and became combatant and rude. At one point he insisted that no one ever complained about the poles (obviously not true given all the negative reviews on this site) and that I didn't know what I was talking about (I have been camping for 40 years).

Although he reluctantly said he would ship another pole, I never received one. Avoid this company at all costs.

Background

The product, aside from the poles, should work. But the vendor eventually had to purchase a replacement pole from Amazon because PahaQue refused to replace it—even though it was broken straight out of the box.
