The Neutrino is truly a classic of mountaineering. With its insulation—800FP R.D.S. Certified European Goose Down and Pertex Quantum humidity resistant down—it places high above much more expensive down jackets.

With its incredible 605gr of weight and very capable packability it is also a very cherished item in any mountaineer's list ticking the classic needs:

2-way zipper, 2 large front pockets with warming soft liner, helmet capable hood, down, baffle construction, and belay readiness.

I simply love this non-complicated jacket. It doesn't get old. It has performed well under -40°C under storms and wind. All to a 100% satisfaction level.

The price is unreal for such a high quality and versatile jacket. RAB has exceeded expectation with this classic.

I wish for an internal large glove warmer. All the rest excels at all the main points admirably well.
