Great product for beginning trail runners or those that are trying to train for an ultra. Will not break the bank like some Salomon products and you still get all the comfort and convenience that one has come to expect from Salomon. Fits like a vest and you will not experience the chaffing under the arms like most packs. Highly recommend.

I have tried on several hydration packs from every known maker and this is simply the best pack for the dollar. The vest fit with the double lock system makes this pack and every other from Salomon the most comfortable on the market and you never have to worry about chaffing. As you get more serious about trail or ultra running you might want to spend the extra dollars for a higher grade model from Salomon.

This pack offers two compartments for storage and storage space is ample but some models offer more for specific things like cell phones, gels, do have to take the pack off to excess the compartments but if you are needing something out of the pack chances are you are stopped and taking a break.

I have washed my pack four times and it shows no signs of wear or tear even though it has been used excessively over the last six months.

My brother tried it once and went out and bought this exact model for himself. I have also converted a friend who had swore off hydration packs after sever chaffing and poor weight distribution from three other makers but after weeks of badgering he gave in and bought one and he claims it is the best running product he has ever bought.
