Very handy little knife, I have carried one for years, I have 3! The earliest was AUS 8 steel but the edge on the VG10 blades (the latest configuration) seems to be as good, shop around thou you shouldn't have to pay more then 35 bucks for one (there are some white handled ones floating around that are very reasonable, if you search).
