This inflatable sleep pad is the most comfortable mattress I have found so far.

What I like about this product is that it is a full 4 inches thick fully inflated. I am a side sleeper and that works well for me.
Another cool feature is the curvature edge design which supports your full body so you won't roll off the pad while you sleep. It packs up to a small 7.3"x4.7" with stuff sack. A great item.
Background
I have used this pad for a total of 10 uses and so far it's holding up.
