I have used these boots in hiking two summers and have worn them outside working at a ski resort in NE Utah for two winters. They are waterproof! Have held up very well. Tread shows some wear, but overall they still provide good traction. There is cracking at the area above the tread between the first and second eyelet.

Pros

  • Good foot support (arch, heel and overall for the foot)
  • Waterproof

Cons

  • Cracking on both sides of each boot. I clean the boots and spray with a silicone spray, but it did not help the cracking.

Boot performs well in all areas. I would recommend it. When I bought the boot there were no reviews so that is why I selected this product for a review. Hiking boots were new to UA at that time.

Background

Extensive wear in summer and winter conditions
