AFTER A FULL DAY HIKE, OFTEN MY FEET ARE THE ONLY PART OF ME THAT STILL FEELS COMFY! THESE BOOTS HIKED THE WHOLE HAUTE ROUTE IN SWITZERLAND AND I NEVER HAD A BLISTER OR SORE FEET. THEY ARE SO WORN OUT I AM SO SAD TO GIVE THEM UP. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE SOLES WEAR FASTER THAN THOSE ON THE CLARION. MY HUSBAND'S CLARIONS AREN'T NEARLY AS WORN AS MY VISTAS. ONCE THESE BABY'S BREAK IN, THEY ARE SO WONDERFUL! I'M CONSIDERING GETTING THEM RESOLED OR GETTING THE CLARIONS SINCE THEY ARE A BIT STURDIER IF CARRYING A HEAVIER PACK. IN ANY CASE THEY ARE A VERY FANTASTIC BOOT. YOUR FEET WILL LOVE THEM!

Vasque states that these boots are waterproof. So far I have water tested 2 pairs of these boots. Only one boot out of four didn't leak.

I have never been able to go out of my house to break in a pair.I keep sending them back hoping the next pair will be waterproof as they advertise. These were my first pair of Vasque boots and I sure am not impressed!
