What to write?
Here are some things to consider when reviewing footwear:
Fit: How well does the shoe fit your foot, heel, ankle? Does it suit your foot and arch type? Does lacing system help customize fit?
Comfort: Any break-in needed? Any chaffing from friction? Pressure points? Does it keep out debris, snow?
Support: How well does the shoe and its sole support your foot and ankle?
Water Resistance: If it's designed to keep your feet dry, does it?
Traction: How well does it grip on different surfaces? On wet or dry ground?
Temp Control: If it's designed to keep you warm in winter, does it? If it's designed for hot, dry conditions, how does it vent?
Ease of Use: Do parts and features work as expected? Consistently?
Features: Any noteworthy features, designs, or technology? Do they live up to expectations?
Construction & Durability: Is it well made? How has it held up over time?
Conditions: Where, when, and how long have you used this gear?
